SSHOC new Chair and Vice-Chair invite you to the 1st SSH Open Cluster meeting in April!

Since the end of the SSHOC project in April 2022, the SSHOC Governing Board has been working hard on setting up the governance structure of the Cluster and making sure that it can continue to serve the SSH community in the future as well. Since then - new members have joined the Governing Board, and the 1st SSHOC Cluster meeting date is set!

SSH Open Cluster announces New Chair and Vice-Chair

We are happy to announce that the ERICs have elected the Chair and Vice-Chair to lead the SSH Open Cluster in the year of 2023!

The new Chair is Dr Toma Tasovac, the President of the DARIAH ERIC Board of Directors, and he will work together with the new Vice-Chair Dr Bonnie Wolff-Boenisch, the Director of CESSDA ERIC.

Advancing SSH Research with SSHOCingly good and sustainable resources

From January 2019 to April 2022 SSHOC transformed the current social sciences & humanities data landscape with its disciplinary silos and separate facilities into an integrated, cloud-based network of interconnected data infrastructures. 

The final conference programme was designed to showcase the results achieved, lever on the valuable synergies built and learn about user stories from the community. There was also time to reflect on policy & sustainability issues and look towards the future. 

SSHOC'n Tell Challenge User Stories
